M is for

Sorry I haven't posted anything lately things have been a little crazy around here.

M is for Motherhood

Motherhood is the best thing that has ever happened to me, even the heart break that sometimes comes with it.

Many of my friends are mothers and others have been through the heartbreak of losing their babies. And I pray that they can have their own babies, either though natural ways, help from a Dr. or adoption. I want them to have the joy in their life like I have and it breaks my heart to see them hurting.

Motherhood is amazing, watching your child grow, learn, laugh, cry, play, sleep, etc.

M is for Makayla
She's my second baby. We lost her when I was 25 weeks pregnant, and I miss her greatly. It has been 5 months since we lost her. It's funny you feel for the people you know that have lost a baby, and you try to find the words to say to them, but when you have lost your own you really understand how it is. And all you want is someone to talk about the baby and not try to avoid the subject, it's okay to talk about it, as lest for me. I love to talk about her, I was a proud of my baby girl even though I really never met her. I knew things about her that others didn't.

For real

I had posted earlier that I listen to Kidd Kraddick in the morning, they use clips from this video all the time.

Every time I hear it or see it I can't stop laughing

I DON'T THINK THAT RAPING PEOPLE IS FUNNY, and what happened to that poor young lady is so not cool and I'm glad her brother was there to help protect her.

But this interview is so funny. I love the reaction.

The tale of the last moose ride.

Our story begins last night around 7:30.
Our sweet little Princess what riding her trusty moose, and having a grand ol' time.
She even had the King and Queen of the house watching her.

So she started rocking as hard as she could.
The moose was getting unsteady, he wasn't really built to be rocking so much.
Then all of a sudden his was on the tip of his front rocker, and then with a great pull he was on the tip of his back rocker. Then he paused on the tips of his back rocker, and the Princess held her breath and she and the moose went crashing backwards into the wall.
The Queen quickly jumped and picked up the Princess and comforted her until she stopped crying. Then the King comforted her while the Queen band the Moose to the spare room. As she was picking up the moose she noticed that the plug-in plate on the wall had been broken.

While the King was still comforting the Princess, the Queen looked at the Princess' head and found a horrible black and blue goose egg on the her forehead. Then she discovered two more, one on top of her head and another one on the back. So that night the Princess got to stay up a extra hour to make sure everything was okay. And that was our tale of the last moose ride.

J is for....

J is for Jonathan

Of course I'm going to write about my hubby.

This is Jonathan (and me)

He is a great husband and a wonderful daddy. He's a geek and proud of it, he plays computer and console games. He's working on learning more and more about computer programming. He loves to play softball for our church teams and he's also a umpire for adult softball. He's a sweet redheaded man, and yes it's true about redhead and their temper (just look and him and our daughter).

If it wasn't for his support over the past 3 months I would be a bigger mess than I am now.

J is for Joey

This is my oldest nephew Joey

Ok so he really doesn't look like that. People always ask us if we are brother and sister. We tell them we might as well be. I don't know how I would be if I didn't have Joey in my life, and Chris, don't get me wrong I love both of my nephews but Joey and I have a special bond. We are only 5 1/2 years apart, and Chris and I are 10 years apart. Joey is such a caring young man, but he can be a butt at times, and he know's I will call him on it too. We talk on the phone at least 3 times a week and try to see each other at least once as week.

He was at the hospital and cried with us when we lost Makayla. On Saturday we worked together and when someone brought a 3 week old in, he told me that I could go in the back and he would stay up front for me, I told him I was fine until I hear that baby start crying and it killed me. So he watched the front for me and I swiftly went out to my car and bawled my eyes out. When the lady left I went back in and I sat upfront and Joey gave me big hug and I thanked him for doing that. He's such a good kid, okay young man.

Us at Joey's Graduation.

What would I do without these two J's in my life?

I is for....

I is for Ice Skating

I love and miss Ice Skating. I skated competitively for seven years. When I stopped skating I was working on my triple sal-cow and my double axle. The double sal-cow was my best and fav jump and my least fav and worst was the single and double axle. My fav spin was the camel. Least fav the sit spin. Now they have all these stupid looking spins and moves, I miss watching the "old school" moves and spins, back when they skaters did pretty lay backs not these crazy contorted figures.
