I workout!

I don't know why but that song from LMFAO "I'm sexy and I know it" just came to mind when I started writing this post. Just for the "I workout". Anywho, I haven't done a post about this topic yet so here it goes.

I've have been working this my trainer since September. It has been a total HATE/LOVE/HATE/LOVE journey. I have to be honest, I have never loved the way I look. I can always find something I can't stand about myself, even when I was figure skating 4 times a week, yes I was a competitive figure skater. I have days when I look at myself and think I'm the fattest women on the planet and the next day I can see where my waist, arms, butt, and thighs are thinning. Having babies  does a number on your body and the fact that I was no longer skating and eating whatever I wanted has  made me feel like a total fatty McFatbutt. So when I started working out after having Raiden I was 30 lbs lighter than when I had him but still FAT. So when I stared working out I started to slim up quick, and I was still eating bad. And then one day I stopped losing inches and started to puff back up, which totally SUCKS! I've been training hard. I've been going stuff that I never did when I was skating and I'm getting fatter, what in the world. So two weeks ago I had my trainer give me a slap in the face with my measurements and weight. The horrible truth was that I had not lost and blessed inch and have not lost a pound but in fact I have gained weight 5 lbs and was dehydrated.  But my body fat was down 6% which is good, but the rest in crap. I know that muscle weighs more that fat, but as a women I want to weigh less. So the next day I downloaded myfitnesspal on my iPad and I'm also using it on my laptop to keep track of my cals and my water consummation. I've been staying with in my cals and I've been drinking between 62 and 96 oz of water. Yes, I'm peeing all the time, ha. I'm hoping to post on here in the next 2 to 4 weeks that I've improved, here's to hoping. I'm praying by September that I'm 15-20 lbs lighter.  Till next time!

Two Years ago

It's hard to believe that two years ago we lost our sweet Makayla.I look back at that day and think of all the support we had and love we had around us at that time. And the love of our heavenly Father, even tho he allowed us to go thought the heart ache and loss of life, he still loved us and was still there as a shoulder to cry on. Without the hope of his promise of the great reward, I would not be the women I am today. (it's weird to say that I'm a women, dude I feel old. HA!) I think my life would have ended, my heart would have stayed crushed and would have never been healed. I would just be a hollow shell of a person. I'm so blessed that my parents raised me a God fearing home and he lives in my heart and is King of my life. He has blessed our lil family with a amazing little boy and his big sister. I can't wait to have my lil family in heaven one day.

I miss you Makayla and can't wait to see you again with everlasting life.

May Babies

This month has flown by!

We started off the month with Zoe's birthday and ened it with Raiden's cake party!
(we had to move his party to the end of the month because Mimi and Grandpa were in Italy)

So here's some of out month in picture.

We found out on Mother's day that Raiden HATES the grass.
.........
So we keep putting in on the grass.

Raiden stood there by himself for a few seconds...

On Memorial Day we took the kids to the Bentonville Square to take pictures.

It started off great......

Looking at mama to make sure I got him standing there.
He's done standing!

My lil one year old boy

My baby is ONE!!! I can't believe that he's one. It's seems like he should only be six months old, maybe nine. Time sure does fly. I love you lil man, you have helped our family heal and have added so much joy into our lives. Mommy love you so much.

My lil 5 year old

When you're a child you think that time is so slow and as you get older time just fly, which really sucks because as a child you don't cherish the time you have and as a Parent you cherish every moment you have with your kids (even when you can't stand the way they are acting ).

I can't believe that my lil girl is 5 years old. It has truly flown by. It seems like yesterday she was Raiden's age. It makes me think back at all the great times we have had and bad mom times we have had. She is truly a give from God. She has been a light in my life that I would have never expected. At the sweet age of 4 she was a rock, as funny as that sounds, her smile, giggles, hugs, and love got me through the toughest time in my life. If I didn't have her to help me carry on with the day to day things after losing Makayla I don't know how I would be today. (my faith in God would have helped me be it would have been different)

She is a great big sister to her brother, she is caring, loving and a wonderful kid. This mama is so proud of her little girl, she has already asked Jesus into he heart. I can't wait to see her grow in the Lord.

Even thou I don't want her to grow up, I can't wait to see to see her grow up.

Happy Birthday sweet Girl, I love you more than you will ever know.

Nine Months

Happy Nine Months Sweet Boy

I can't believe that it's been nine months. The moment I had you I felt like you had always been in the family. You are such a blessing to us, you helped heal our hearts.

You're Dada fell in love with you the moment he saw you.

So did sissy and she is so proud of you.
Going Home!

When you're naughty...

and very nice.

When you're sad....

or rooting for your team.

When you're peaceful...

or making a mess with your food...

or making a big mess while taking a bath.

I LOVE YOU RAIDEN!!!
We are proud to call you our Son and Brother.
We can't wait to see you grow in to the man God wants you to be.

WHAT THE WHAT?!?!?!?

WHAT THE WHAT..... It's been so long since I have posted on here and so much has happened!!!!

Baby Belly!!
Taken the night before lil man was born.

Lets dive in:
Zoë turned 4 and then 16 days later we welcomed our wonderful baby boy, Raiden Tobias Cooley. 8lbs 7oz 19 1/2inches long. Zoë loves him and he loves her.

Zoë age 4

Raiden 1 week

Then Zoë graduated PK3 and is now in PK4. She loves school so much, and all her friends.

Zoë's Graduation

She also went to her first sleep over and then last month she had her friend come over. That was so much fun, but I didn't get many picture :( But we took them out to eat for dinner, they fished for prizes, slept in a tent set up in our living room and then we took them to Build a Bear to make matching dogs.

Before Raiden was born we replaced all of our carpet with bamboo flooring and we love it!! But that was crazy because we had to move all of stuff into our garage and I'll be honest we still don't have everything moved back in, haha. Since I was prego I had to stay with my parents with Zoë. That was so weird being back in my parents house.

Before:

Stuff in our garage!

AFTER!!!!!

Over the summer we really didn't do much. Got used to h
ave two kids, need I say more ;). The kids and I went to OKC to visit my Grandparents and I
was so freaking hot, this girl dose not do heat well. I'm a cold weather chick.

Last fall Zoë started soccer she loved it and can't wait to start it again. She also started PreK and got her first hair cut EVER. We also had our friend Paul from IL and his son Alex stay for a few days. Zoë and Alex are great friends. They had a blast and Paul spoiled both my kids with toys and treats.

Before Christmas I got a Amazing gift from my in-laws (I don't want to sound like I'm bragging, promise. I'm just super excited), I got my dream car a Mazda CX9. I LOVE IT!!!

For New Years we went up to IL to visit family, we had so much fun!!! We love spending time with Aunt Jodie and Uncle Dan and our friend Paul. We also meet our friends that we play COD with, yes I said we play COD, Jonathan has turned me into a gamer. I only get to play when the kids are sleeping and don't worry these people are long time friends with Jonathan Aunt and Uncle. When we hing out with Paul he once again spoiled my kids with toys and treats. While we were up there I also added some purple to my hair (thank you Maddy) The kids did great on the 9 hour drive down and 9 hours back.

Once again keeping mommy from cleaning

The day before Valentines Day we had our first snow day, it was a sad 1 to 3 inches. I think I was the only one in NWA that wished that we had the wonderful foot of snow we had the year before. On Valentines Day we had a great lil family dinner, I cooked roast with veggies, rolls, and I made us some chocolate covered strawberries YUM but sadly that night I got sick and had a fever all night. The next day Zoë had her class Valentines day party and a field trip, it was a lot of fun for the kids.

Raiden is crawling, kneeling and pulling up all over the place.

Mama's big boy.

Well that's it for now.
